Nicole: I started Keto October 1st 2018 at 250 lbs... but 8 months before that i started at 320 lbs. I have MS and lost 70 lbs when I relapsed to where i couldn't swallow anything or even talk. I also had to go through speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy so i could function. I also was a type 2 diabetic, have no gallbladder and have pcos so its hard to lose weight. when i finally could eat again i started gaining weight. I got married in September 2018 and i literally looked like i was pregnant..since im only 5'2 and carry my weight mostly in my stomach. So I knew I had to do something to save myself. The DR i was seeing at the time just wanted to push pills on me and send me on my way..so I had did research and found Keto. I had to recently start doing dairy free keto besides the HWC in my coffee in the morning. I currently have lost 76 lbs..i actually stalled for 3 months until i gave up dairy for the most part. I now have regained feeling back in my feet, hands, i no longer have tremors in my arms at night, my cognitive function is getting better, I have regained the ability to control my emotions since the ms lesions on my brain affected that, i for the most part can form completely sentences without getting confused, i started being able to run and take my dogs for a walk, the heat doesnt bother me that bad ( thank goodness cuz i live in texas), and i now have been able to start driving again. Along with getting my cycle back and my insulin under control.

Sorry for the long back story...your such an inspiration and just wanted to let you know how much you have inspired me and how far i have come. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a kind soul with all your encouragement in your videos.

I put a picture of the day i got married and than one that shows me at 320..215...than 174 lbs.

I have been following your channel for awhile now. I love that you want to help others for free. I totally agree that everyone should have this life saving information.

I am 41 and I have been overweight my whole life. I have fluctuated trying to lose weight over the years but every time I would lose about 40 pounds I would stall and couldn't lose anymore. I always would give up and the weight would come back plus more each time. I started my keto journey at 300 lbs on January 13th. I am now down to 225 lbs. I have lost 75 lbs! I can't believe how amazing I feel. It is so easy for me to eat this way. I don't feel like I am missing out on anything because I can make keto substitutes for almost anything my heart desires. My husband is supportive and eats keto for the most part and he has also lost 30 lbs. I have an instagram page, facebook page and a youtube channel. I use it to share keto information and my journey so that I may help others. I share my macros daily and I am currently doing the higher protein version of keto. Burnt Ginger's Youtube Channel

Hello my name is Stephanie or you may know me as living the good life keto life on YouTube. First I would like to say you have inspired me and have given me more motivation to keep on keeping on. I love your daily talks. They help me so much. Your personality just shines. I have been keto for 8months. I started November 25th 2018. I was 260 and miserable. I hated myself and hated to leave the house and get dressed. I never wanted my husband to touch me. Or really look at me. So far I have lost 63lbs and I’m still going. My goal is to lose 100lbs and then go from there if I feel I need to.  But I already have a little bit of confidence back. And I feel soo great. I use to have really bad bad cracked heels they would get really bad and bleed and hurt to walk. They are all heeled up ( no pun intended) and smooth. Going keto was the best decision I have made. I have never been able to stick to a diet before. I never thought I would even ever lose 20 lbs.  thank you for your inspiration. And please continue your daily talks. They help me so much

Michelle: My story is pretty much I have MS and was piling on a bunch of medical issues along with it, one being insulin resistance and a bunch of back issues. Between having three kids via cesarean, steroids and not being able to workout, I gained a lot of weight. Researched keto for over a year watching vids non stop. Went to the dr for a checkup and scale read 202 and my sugar levels were crazy. Started that day (right before thanksgiving). I'm down from 202 to now 148 and never looking back.

No longer have the back, neck, shoulder pain, no more insulin resistance and I have very little exasperation of my multiple sclerosis. I'm 36 and feel like I'm in my 20s again.

Tracy Maddox:  I don’t know how much I weighed in the beginning but it was closed to 275, that was one of my last surgical weigh ins.  I was in a car accident 20 years ago which left me in a very very bad place, I pulled myself up from the boot straps and stopped feeling sorry for myself.. After weight loss and 32 surgeries later I teach yoga! Yes TEACH YOGA.  So it was a long journey but one I have worked hard to achieve and overcome.  Through changing what I ate my whole life has changed.

Belinda Ray: These photos were taken 1 year apart, a difference of 100 pounds in 1 year. I had already lost 40 pounds before starting keto, so this is not my heaviest weight,(353) but this  how I looked when I started my keto journey.

I am 60 years old, so my weight loss is slower than others, but I am still losing. I have about 60 more pounds to go. My journey has been far from perfect or easy, but I have never cheated. No sugar, no flours. There were more days than I like to think about where I consumed too much food and stalled myself, but I have kept it keto and I am proud of that. No one thought I could do this, not even me.

I enjoy your channel, I appreciate your honesty about your daily journey.
